Is my Anakin bugged?

My anakin is fully geared, lvl 84 and is fully modded. Yet he hits like a noodle. Hitting between 4-6k when people go below 50% health. And then I come across Anakins, who are hitting me for 12-14k basics and 10+ k AOE's wiping me out.... Wtf is going on

Do you have Crit Chance and Crit Damage mods?  He needs to be at 216 Crit damage to be really effective.
