Is reaching relic 7 even worth it?

So I find this particular issue to be very frustrating. Call me a newb but is it really worth the trouble of fully relicing a toon? Sure mods make all the difference because by the end of the day ever...

Depends on who you ask. For someone who focuses on GAC they'll tell you no. Myself I like to take toons I enjoy up to r7. R6&R7 meet the nicest gains. All depends on what your roadmap is honestly op
