Well i would give him a chance (if i could) But he is stuck at 4* while everyone can advance more.
I compared him with my B team with Luke, Ashoka, Resistance Pilot, Jedi consular and boba fett and he appeared to be worse than anyone even though he outgeared most of them.
With my A team he doesn't even get close.
And with AOE + 3rd skill combo its a 2 turn attack, and vader is already slow. That kind of damage can be easily achieved by most characters, geonosian soldier, Rey, ig86, qui-gon, tie pilot and others, in 1 turn only.
Maybe devs should add more achievements to get him above 4 stars, because he is one of the most important figures in Star wars and in this game he is the only one that cant get above 4-5 stars.
