There is still plenty of strat. For instance that arrow mod that every one insists be a 30 speed (32 if 6 dot) primary. Try replacing that with with a 23 % crit avoidance mod with maybe 11 or 12 speed secondary. Crit avoidance is huge when jedis every stroke is a crit.
