Jabbas light speed bundle scam.

I just used and purchased jabbas light speed bundle using their web store . When i logged back into the game rather than having the heros delivered to my mail . I recieved crystals. 3562 to be specific. I did not order nor purchase crystals.  I do not want them. I want what I agreed to buy to off set the lack of time I have to grind every character in the game. Has anyone else had this issue ? 

Not to mention the crystals given would hardly cover the cost of grinding all those heros. Not even one really
