Jedi Consular?

Hey guys!I just wanted to know that only I'm unlucky farming JC, or the shard drop rates are that low? It used to be much faster, but nowadays I'm happy if I get one shard for every 4-6 runs in cantina battles, which means 2-3 shards/day.

Im getting around 6-9 out of a refill(12) of him. Not complaining, even though with Finn I had constant 8/9 out of a refill with one time 11/12 which I found insane.
Shard drop is usual at about 1/3 but its Pure luck. I also had a Day that I got 3/12 but luckily it was a one night stand :D

I've been getting them about 2/6, I'm a low level though. Not many places to find shards for him yet. Is he a character worth working on? Best healer I've got for the time being.
