To me, absolutely. I'd much rather only have to do 4-5 battles a day and not worry about complete randos hitting me out of nowhere during my climb just because they finally unlocked one GL.
Are you ok with the upcoming Dark Side GL replacing JMK? Powercreep is somewhat necessary but massive jumps just hurt the game and overall enjoyment.
