Should Jolee go full health set even if the all health set is a little slower? Or go mix Speed set with health to be faster at the cost of some health?Should Jolee have Plus, Circle & Triangle be Health Primaries? Or is it better to have one Protection primary? I'm a little worried with his protection kinda lower. Everyone hits so hard these days the bonus protection from health seems... Not all that helpful...

A mix of health, protection, and speed should suffice at lower gear at star levels.At g12 and higher, you’ll want full health sets with health primaries and as high of speed secondaries as possible (speed arrow though)

Yes. He starts to really shine with 6e health mods with all health primaries wherever you can put them

Edit: preferably with speed secondaries too obv

tenacity sets with speed, health% and tenacity secondaries (tenacity primary on cross and health primaries on circle, triangle and arrow if that arrow has at least some decent speed secondary otherwise speed primary)
the reason is quite simple: Jolee gets more crit avoidance the more tenacity he has and crit avoidance on a durable char like Jolee is op

Generally speaking, you want as much health as possible on Jolee. Except for niche uses, all health sets are best with health primaries wherever you can (except speed on arrow). Go for as much speed secondaries as possible, and as much tenacity secondaries as possible (helps add Crit avoidance).
