You must have a much different version of Royal Guard than I do.

It's only an 80% chance to stun (before potency/tenacity check) when RG has more than 50% health. Thrawn, because he has his leader ability will be able to cycle back to fracture quickly, and will gain TM if he is inflicted with speed down or stun. He's also going to be faster that RG. If he gets off two basics in a row, he also stuns (can't be resisted) and can regain protection from his special.

It would have to do way more damage, and maybe get a blue cape.
