Just got Chirrut

I've been running AA, Wiggs, Leia, Baze in Arena and GW pretty successfully. I just unlocked Chirrut Îmwe, brought him to level 80, and geared him to level 9. I'm buying shards from Shipments and Ship Shop to bring his stars up. Currently he falls too far below the rest of my squad to get in Arena and GW yet, but I'm working on it.
Question is: who should I ditch in order to bring him in? The options I see:

* Drop AA, put Wedge as lead, swap current mods for mods that add health but not so much protection (so I can take advantage of Wedge's leader ability).
* Drop AA, put Leia as lead
* Drop Leia and keep AA as lead

Thoughts?

    You should have Lando as your lead and have Wiggs and Chaze. A finished Lando adds the speed boost to Rebels like AA, but he has a sick AoE. If you put enough speed mods on him, goodnight!

    I have an all-Sith arena team in the Top 20. My next team is above. Already have everyone to gear 10 except Chirrut at 9. Lvl 85 and modded for protection and speed, but not the best mods yet.

    And make sure I use mods that grant health, but aren't heavy on protection?

    I use Boba as the +1. Palpatine, Leia, or about a dozen others would also work. I imagine R2 would also fit in that +1 spot, once you can get him.
