Nope, every new tournament will be a new character to bring buzz to it. They also won't release tournament characters anytime soon for fear of disparaging tournament winners. So basically no more free to play characters till they realize they can't survive off of whales.

I'd like to know your source as well.

CG has too many new toons they are in the works to release. They should just release toons that has been released into the general population already (i.e. Shoretrooper and Chirrut). Both Shoretrooper and Chirrut has been in the game for what over a month already? FFS just put them in Cantina (or somewhere else).

Obviously I don't have a source, I know the same amount of info as everybody else. I've just been paying attention to things, and that's how they've been going. The only farmable characters we've had since this Rogue One era started is; TFP, Scarif Rebel Pathfinder, and Bistan. And they're all Pilots which is why they were made farmable.

We will however be getting a second wave of free ships though. They can't have every new ship be tournament exclusive with the small roster they currently have. I'm thinking more Empire and First Order ships, since their rosters are the smallest.

I thought you may of had a reference to back your bold statement. I've also been paying attention. They held back to back Shoretrooper tournaments, that's why I thought they'd do the same for Chirrut.
