KAM with GL kenobi tm question

Question

Under GL kenobi would Ki Adi Mundi’s 2nd ability not give him 100% tm?   I’m wondering how GL kenobi’s,  “Enemies and allies are immune to Turn Meter manipulation” interacts, similarly would Kam not get the tm from his basic attack in makabashi form?

Under JMK you can gain bonus turns, but not %turn meter.

For example, if GMY uses his aoe special, he gets a bonus turn. But if he uses his basic on an enemy with more than 50% health he gets no TM gain, and he doesn't get TM from his spread buffs special either.

If the ability mentions a % of tm, JMK will prevent it.
