Kanan - As 5th man

His Zeta is great, but it’s great when you’re using him in his Phoenix Squad. Wouldn’t do much for Jedi.

Who else are you planning on running again? While you’re waiting on GK and Hoda, just use non-Jedi, like Thrawn. Or Commander Luke.

As for Kanan’s mods, mine has a Health, Potency, and Crit Chance set (the last two help with his basic applying defense down). I gave him Protection at the arrow, triangle, cross, and circle, so he could really tank for my Phoenix.

With the new set bonuses: crit chance on the triangle, protection or health on the arrow, circle and cross. All 6 x defense mods. Would make him a hard kill. Especially if you're against nightmare and they're trying to land debuffs which are constantly healing him.

What’s his gear level? If it’s low enough it may make more sense to do health over protection, since he can’t regenerate protection without Hera. But yeah, I’d do speed arrow, CC triangle, potency cross, protection or health circle, and either health or defense mods (whichever have the best secondaries). I assume the plan is to taunt then offense down everyone on the counters.
Also, are you running Z bastila? Because the extra tenacity could actually hurt Kanaan more than it helps, since he feeds off debuffs.

Working on G12...
QGJ is used to dispel/spread offence if I lose it & 50% chance he calls buffed Ezra/GMY with his Assist attack. He’s not good on defence obviously.

My Kanan is only G8, below average mods. But I have the gear to go G10 immediately and can re-mod him.
