Might not be able to break into the meta, but it might be decent. Probably a meta shift, or faction pass, or new toon from being legit. Just not top notch right now.
I don't understand why you would want a taunter in a counter attack group. if his taunt is up, he would be the only one ever counter attacking unless everyone is aoe'd . defeats the purpose of a counter attack team if no one is counter attacking except Kanan.
