Only used Plo a couple times a while back. I must not have noticed that that part of his kit failed. Chalk one up to not paying attention while cleaning up the garbage in the GAC back row.

That said, it's a good thing to have that clarified for others who come along and read this thread and might actually think for a second that I said something intelligent. Spoiler kids: I got this one wrong and there's nothing intelligent at all about throwing Plo on a Padme squad.

Go with Aayla instead. She does much of the same but also stuns on crits.

QGJ has 2 specials and triggers Ashoka asssist on each of them. Also as being squeeze triggers bonus turns from Anakin faster and helps finish opponent faster, althouh at the cost of a banner.

Aayla is an amazing toon if you manage to mod her right. Most reliable stunner in the game, makes for some amazing crowd control, as long as she gets to land crit. She also has a 30 or something % chance to call an assist when attacking, and a similar counter chance which will stack with other leads and uniques. I've used her as an essential piece in my Jedi/BSF squad, helped me take on much stronger teams, especially paired with Yoda, Ezra, and GK. I just unlocked JKR(bit late to that party) and I'm sure she'll be great there as well, versatile as ever. As long as she crits, she stuns. On her basic. It's laughably easy to achieve that on the right team, and with enough potency and CC. It's sort of funny how almost nobody seems to realise how incredibly awesome she is, she's been a secret weapon of mine through nearly the entire game. Most underrated toon in the game by far. And at r7 she gets what, 83% base CC? You could make her super fast and super stunny all at once, before buffs are applied, as long as she gets to crit. And she's so super plug and play, you can put her on a Rebel or Boba lead team or whatever and she'll do her thing. She shines brightest on offense, but can give plenty of head-aches on an assist-heavy defense team. Everyone should have her.

If you need a 5th for a Padme team and can't use C3P0 or GMY, try using R2D2

I like Plo a bit better if you're running Padme with multiple Jedi, but there was one GAC where I ran Kit under Padme for a single round (3 matches) on defense, and then in the same GAC but a different round (I think it was the one before not the one after) I ran her with Plo and Kit both. Of course, that was back when Padme had her zetas but was still g9, so I wasn't taking her too seriously yet. I honestly can't say how good they would be at g12 or higher - I was just using them to polish off some junk in the back during a full clear.

Short answer is that I like PLo's kit a touch better - the TM boost is inredibly useful in getting a fast start. But I haven't used either enough to give what would truly be expert advice or anything like it.

I say experiment with it and write up your results here. It's always good to be able to pad out a meta-level leadership ability with non-meta toons so that those meta toons can do more heroic work elsewhere.

I'm missing that 5th member for this team (don't like 3CPO that much, I feel he is better with rebels and Ploo will not work I think because Padme does not gain bonus turn meter. ) and I was thinking on Clone Wars Chewie, Barriss and Fisto. Fisto looks to me like a lower-category Anakin and I also think it would be fun to try him out. I'll have to gear him up and post the results here so somebody else can go with him or just to avoid wasting gear on him, because I couldn't find a single post or video regarding Fisto and Padme.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to read those posts, but if I'd known you were contemplating those 3, I would have told you that CWC has been said to shine under Padme by some people that I trust well enough.

Do some searches for posts about CWC to get something more specific (my CWC isn't good enough to try it).

I have used Barriss (successfully) and fought against Barriss squads. Her zeta does make it much harder to kill toons under Padme, and results in more situations in which toons drop under 50% then go back over and drop back under again - which results in more bonus turns for Anakin and Padme (assuming you have the zetas).
