Is the TM gain for each buff? If Bastilla has 3 buffs would all other allies gain 9% TM (18% for Jedi) or just a flat 3% regardless of buffs on her?
Good question. SmithyD said it's per buff, but after watching several of the GC videos, that does not appear to be the case.
