Yes which does not change my point at all since that still means a year+ to unlock. 3 months for 4+ million gp. 1 year+ for under 4 milion gp. It's a slap/spit in the face for anypne under 4 million gp. I could understand 6 or 7 months at most for those that don't have the roster size for hard conquest, but they decided to give a big middle finger to those under 4 mil gp. This on top of already making GL Kenobi require relic 7 Wat shows they don't care about anyone other than the massive gp players that have been playing for years. And they do this with 2 of the most wanted and anticipated characters. Typical, take 2 steps forward then 10 steps back.
