Remember that's only on a crit. So if it's anything like Biggs, it will never apply TL lol.
It gets +20% crit chance just because of his own unique..
Also applies it to Biggs for making him TL too.
And the rest of the team also has tl in various ways so it isn't expected to land every time. With vader, tf, and falcoln applying tl on their basics, it will get spread. Then call fives in for an aoe.
