I agree with all the above comments.
However...
Just because he doesn’t have synergy with Rebels (for example), doesn’t mean he won’t be great with them.
I currently run SLK lead in arena without any other FO.
Looking at JKL’s leadership: Like SLK, he doesn’t *need* synergy. Just having him as leader cripples the speed of non-GL teams, be it TB or TW or GAC. He allows the rest of the team - regardless what that may be - to basically be double the speed of your opponents.
Think about this team: JKL, CLS, Han, Chewie, Hoda
That team is going to beat nearly any non-GL. On defense, the only thing that’s going to beat it is a GL.
I think it’s blatantly ignorant for him to not be a rebel, and I think introducing a leadership that ignores mod stats is incredibly dangerous...but he’s going to be pretty darn good.
