Much more powerful than previous GL's

Wow I was so incredibly wrong. Please balance the GL's and make SEE equal to the others. He really did sound amazing on paper but when we actually got him he was a complete disappointment. He is decent on offense (not much better than any other GL) but is garbage on defense. He is countered by way too many things especially when compared to other GL's. His raid viability is garbage and he does not even have synergy with his own faction. For example he does protection recovery on a health based faction. He also stops Sions revives, and sith faction in general are about control yet the released jedi have more debuffs and control than he does. Deceived doesn't do anything except "cant target me" that's a pure throw allies under the bus. Another huge flaw with his kit is that he can never get to his ult if he is soled. He can not link one enemy and this causes massive issues in his defensive viability. I linked a video down below talking about just how garbage SEE is.
