I mean, Mon or Saw are the answers. You can slot him in on a Jedi team if you really want to use him that badly and don't have better options.
Would mon work at like 5 or 6 stars g12? I technically have others rebel fighters just no leader farmed.
Her gear won't matter terribly if you have her zeta that makes her untargetable. With relic delta, she is more susceptible to AoEs, but I don't know what things are like in your league. As long as you can get her tm train going, her gear is less of an issue.
