If Crit Damage works the way i think it does (and i m not sure. I ve always just assumed....)
Lets say you have a plus 30%CD Mod on Kylo. 180%CD.
Before: Kylo does 180% damage on a crit.
Now: Kylo does normal damage on a crit, plus 0.5x180% =90% of CD =190% of normal damage (total).
I thought it was a buff if my maths is right
