Kylo Ren - Rework
Kylo Ren needs an Anakin rework. Especially bc a lot of people paid money to get him early on and he is just junk now.

- I didn't pay for him, i took the time to get his shards from Cantina but i would like a rework for him.
- I never seem him anywhere and he needs a rework. But frankly so do half the toons on this game.
It's easier and more profitable for EA/CG to introduce new toons that upgrade ones already sold. It's sucks. I don't have a useless kylo but have a trash Boba. - I don't think he necessarily needs a complete rework, just some buffs. Minor things to help improve him overall.
- I like his kit tbh, just needs a big damage boost and perhaps change outrage to do more damage the more health your whole team is missing or something.
- Damage boost on his basic, a fix to outrage (75% health?) and his unique to have some way to give him extra turn meter/speed (maybe involving advantage so he can synergize with FO)
- He has interesting skills. Do not need a full rework, only some buffs. He has a very low damage for an attacker.
