Kylo Ren - Rework
Kylo Ren needs an Anakin rework. Especially bc a lot of people paid money to get him early on and he is just junk now.

Damage boost on his basic, a fix to outrage (75% health?) and his unique to have some way to give him extra turn meter/speed (maybe involving advantage so he can synergize with FO)
