Kylos outrage issue
Has anyone had issues with his special ability? He is suppose to do 75% more damage when health is below 50%. Ive seen this attack do next to nothing in damage several times now. Noticed this issue to...

I would often use Outrage as a second strike weapon to drive someone into the red or knock them out.... And that's while he's still above 50%. When he gets damaged to below 50% his Outrage has a chance to reset to be used again.
