When you look at Lando on his own I can see where OP was coming from. However it's already been stated that there a actually a lot of ways to counter him. While I don't agree that out speeding him should be the best option it one of the more reliable ones. Also ShoreTrooper basically ends Lando if he can get his buff off which makes Lando a liability now for Meta Squads on Defence and to and extent Offence.
