are you playing the same game as me? Unless you are trolling, you are patently wrong. did you not notice the 33% reduction in damage? It is incontrovertible. That's his only strength. He is still effective against weakly modded teams but against armor or health modded teams his effectiveness is tanked. My Lando is and has been maxed for a while so I can say with certainty that he is not the same.
