Who said anything about having a hard time with them? I'm just sick of them. 90% of the top 50 on my shard are rebels.
Add suggestions to what? I face rebel teams, I face the rare sith team. I haven't had much issue with Palp. The occassional fast one is a pain, but they aren't untouchable. Stun, Ability Block, Force Drain all slow Palp down.
You know the answer to this...it's the same answer to the majority of questions on here...speed.
I don't run one of those cookie cutter teams. I don't need Annihilate at the start of the battle. I use TM manip to beat teams that I normally shouldn't. Teams with (reportedly) much better synergy and (definitely) faster squads. But I can stun, ability block, increase cooldowns, add TM remove TM, dispel, and gain Advantage and do mass damage. I can disrupt a rebel team or a sith team just enough to keep them off balance and win. I may have only one or two toons left, but I win.
And I hover between 20 and 30, maybe 20 to 35, at payout. But I'm lacking the speed that most of the top 20 has. Luck of the draw on mods I suppose. My best speed mods are on my arena team, and 3 of them only have +19 and +17 speed primary arrows. A lowsy mod setup on a Biggs makes him faster than my 170 Boba. Against fast teams where I don't get the first move, the whole other squad may move first. But in the end, my strategy prevails most of the time.
Anyone is beatable, and it's right in front of you in most cases. But if you think any other combination without speed is going to consistently stay in the Top 20, well, I don't know what game you are playing.
Rank 9 on my shard. The answer is sith assassin btw. Much easier workaround than farming the toons for a full 7* palp but that's just what I've found.
