Level 43 Newbie... What toons to build?
Hi all, I just started playing last week and I am hooked on this game! I have been reading beginners guides to see what characters I should go after first but I think the guides are all outdated......

I think Arena battles are the most important. This is your crystal income so priority should be on that above every thing else.
Wedge + Biggs combo is a quite dominating combo in high level arena.
Going for those 2 is a safe bet.
Wedge you can first farm in cantina battles later on. Biggs you can buy with GW tokens
Lando is a rebel and scoundral and fantastic for arena. You can farm him early on in Cantina and by the time you have him on 7 stars you can focus on wedge after.
You have Rey so i would focus all my guild tokens on buying her shard there. She hits like a truck and is a great char in general.
With arena tokens i would focus on getting ST Han. He is also a scoundral and a rebel.
Together with a Lando lead and speed mods he can start the fight by taunting (and granting your entire team extra turn meter) which makes the fight an easy win.
If i was beginning the game again this would be my plan.
Second up i would indeed focus on getting some scoundrals.
Lets assume you have ST Han and Lando covered.
IG-88 counts as a droid and scoundral. He is good for the AAT raids with other droids so a good investment.
Dengar is a scoundral you can buy with guild tokens. In the right team he can be good in Rancor raids.
Cad Bane is not a good char for arena or raids, but he is easy to get stars on with GW tokens and he is a scoundral.
