Since you are in top—30 in fleet arena, I would go all out on farming pilots from hard nodes (Biggs, FOTP, Boba, JC etc.) in order to attempt to enter top 20 or even top 10. This is where your crystals will come from. It will probably take you more than half a year to get back to top—100 in squad arena after a year off.
I would also take a break from farming phoenix in cantona nodes in order to get TFP to 4 or 5 stars for the same reasons. As long as you can go back to phoenix and get Ezra/Hera to 7* by the time chopper reaches 7*, you will be alright. You won't get thrawn to 7* anyway before the 3 other Phoenix are at 7* as well.
You might as well slowly start your preparation for CLS as well, by buying farmboy / old Ben.shard in guild store just to speed things up later. You have plenty of cantina farming to do.
Also make sure that your scoundrels are up to speed and you can always do the highest tier of credit heist available to you (boba and Lando ate MVPs here).
