What teams are you coming up against in your arena shard? How long have you been playing?
Lando would be a good addition IMO but it's sometimes better to improve on what you have rather than use resources and energy to chase after something else.
I'd try pushing your gear levels higher. You could make an arena team out of Ackbar, Lumi, StHan and Wedge and Biggs. That is a decent early to mid-game team but if you are getting whacked on your arena shard then try and imitate what other more successful squads look like.
