ST Han is your TM Manipulator. You'd want speed on him first, then protection/health.
If you can get Boba to Ability Block first then ST Han to Taunt, you can feed a lot of TM to your entire squad.
Definitely switch to Wedge lead when possible. And everyone should get an arrow mod with Speed Primary. (Goes to +30 for a 5 dot arrow mod)
