Personally for mods I look for speed secondaries. I use set bonuses for crit damage and crit chance and try and get most of my toons to have a speed arrow mod. Speed is key in arena.
Hey Boxmint, thanks for the reply. Yes- I hear you, unfortunately I don't have access to speed mods yet :(
They don't need to be speed sets, just mods that have speed as one of the attributes.
