Leviathan mirror battle
HTF does my opponent go first 5 out of 6 times on mirror battles? I’ve lost every battle but 1. Makes no sense

Once in a blue moon it does happen that opponent leap me enough that first RI dies, but that is extremely rare.
How do you end up in that situation? Prioritising your own destroy hangars over reinforcing?
