Speed kills man - particularly in this game. IMO the faster a character is the less damage they should do.
Moss should be adjusted so that a positive increase in one area is compensated with a reduction in an coreesponding area.
Eg got a speed arrow - secondaries should say -% for offense health accuracy & defense for example. Higher tier mods mean either a bigger primary stat or a lesser penalty
Speed secondaries should really be removed altogether IMO. You want speed - get the speed set and be weaker in other ways.
