Looking for Palps/Vader/DS Arena advice
I need help guys! I want to return to a DS team and I have been having mixed results - I am mainly struggling against JTR teams - I just don't seem to be able to beat them consistently - I don't know ...

Simple answer is teams 1 & 4 are promising. The successful guys on my server play either of these BUT: depending on specific opponent setups they sub in/out one of the following in spot 4 and 5 while Palp (L), Vader, Thrawn are must have: Tarkin, Nihilus, Shore, GK, Talzin. Against JTR a Shore seems advisable in order to neutralize Mindtricks ability. Sith Trooper is a good choice too.
Your +133 should be put on Palp, +114 on Vader and +121 on Thrawn. In my opinion That is a solid turn order that allows for some flexibility. If Thrawn is fastest you can switch TM with Vader to get his show rolling or do something else in case of necessity.
Something different: since you have KRU you could go for KRU + FO Stormtrooper + Palp + Thrawn + any toon you would like to try. With decent mods this team is difficult to handle for NS and CLS/JTR.
All of this is my personal opinion and generally I think there is no "best one-fits-all setup".
