I agree with this. The reason you speed up Thrawn 2nd is that he can pass TM to whoever he wants - usually Palp at the start is solid for a quick AoE stun after fast Vader has thrown dots. Thrawn can usually go right Palp then and fracture the opposing tank, then it's off to the races as the opponents are stunned, have dots and their tank is shutdown. I do like DN as the 4th, as he can then drain everyone's cool downs.
