GK > Shore for utility as the tank. If you need your Vader to be faster than the enemy Vader, swapping in Shore for GK gives you a net bonus of 16 speed compared to the enemy Vader. But other than that sole purpose to outspeed your enemy then I would say GK will almost always be the better option...
