Lord of Betrayal Clarification

Question

So in reading the ability "Traya dispels all debuffs on them and deals damage equal to 5% of their Max Health for each debuff dispelled."  Who takes the damage?  the Sith or the Enemy.

Cool. That’s what I thought. There has been some debate within my guild. I was thinking Zader could possibly put the squeeze on them with DoT spam.
