You know a really neat idea to get his damage cranking way quicker has to do with his Dark Harbinger ability. Considering how quickly other GL’s can put out massive damage and how lacklustre LV’s Ult is, I think a slight tweak like follows would work nicely.

I think this is a unique way to not only utilise his enormous health pool but help him put out big hits much quicker so you’re not stuck behind tanks for 4 minutes until he’s absorbed enough Mastery.
