SEE is not good enough for being a GL, his design is just awful. He needs Armorer, not a team of Sith.
But he is way better than LV without Maul. LV without Maul can't do shit. He can solo some SLKR teams, which makes him seems strong, but other than that he's just awful.
SEE can beat every other GL. LV needs Maul and an arena setup to do that.
