luke vs hoth rebel scout

also, should be specific that this is for raid more than arena although any opinions on arena are welcome as well

HRS is one of my favorite toon and trying to get him to 7* now. I do not have Lando or Wedge, so cannot say much on them.

HRS has advantage over Luke, first HRS hits more stronger than Luke, he is faster and his basic attack has chance to increase the turn meter of the entire team. That is very useful in raid and GW.

Now when it comes to farming strategy, HRS is a hard guy. He is there on in Cantina tokens. So if you do not have him then getting him to 5* or 6* is going to take time. While toons like Luke or Lando are there in Cantina, you will be able to farm them much quicker.

I haven't seen anything from Luke to be impressed with him as an attacker. I think he might hit a little harder, but Hoth Rebel Scout has much utility with his stun on his special and turn meter boosts for the whole team. He's also a lot faster than Luke.

thanks for the replies. funny thing is I usually am top 30 in arena w/ qgj lead, rey, old ben, poe (still useful to protect rey b/c he is still soooo fast for a taunter), lumi -- and I never shy away from a rebel team.

rebels seem fun which is why i'm pursuing them and i think the synergy is interesting, but in gw or arena, i usually dont fear luke (b/c rey can kill him first) and have not been overly hurt by rebel teams w/ the scout.

also, LaLiam, did you mean to say I should get a 2nd taunter in the soldier and neither of those guys or was that a typo and you meat scout

You might be better off just plugging in a non rebel like Rey. She wouldn't get the speed or small tenacity leader skill, but Rey > those options. even without the leader buff

whiskey, thanks, yes that is true. this is more for when rey dies and i'm using the next best synergistic squad for the raid. we are on t5 where ewoks are great and i use her in there. if she makes it, she always gets in the next group.
