Alright alright. Back to the actual topic now. I've edited my lengthy post to include the other three, somewhat.
Actually, as an aside, all 3 other abilities require other things to happen to successfully stun the target:
Greedo - must reduce below 20% TM (his is the only other one that can't be resisted OR evaded)
Thrawn - target must have Ability Block first AND not evade the attack
Han - only on opening move and it's still avoidable if the target happens to have Foresight.
