Malak "bonus turn" WAI or broken?
Should stunned Malak cleanse (due TM goes to 100%) AND immediately get another 100% TM aka "bonus turn"?

Just faced it: Malak was stunned - went under 50% - here he is with 100% TM and Drain.
I thought he should just get 100% and cleanse, having 0% TM in the end
