Mando and greef farming

I was just curious as to why the devs felt the need to give both mando and greef 2 easy farming locations in light and dark side as well as fleet battles. This was unusual to me when they first became available to farm since it's been years since a new toon got farmable locations in 2 areas instead of the one hard mode node. At first I thought that this was a temporary thing but since mando and greef are still a available in 2 areas this was intentional.
