Exact, it's kanan heal when a phoenix suffer a debuff. This unique is shared across all Phoenix member by hera leader ability
I think his point is that Kanan and Hera weren’t there. That the rest of the team had been killed in a previous fight and it was just Chopper.
I think he is mostly asking if Leader abilities and stuff like the PHX uniques persist into new encounters even if the relevant party members die.
