Maul end game for arena - is not top 20 caliber at this time. On some shards could you get 1 with Maul led team - possibly - but you'll drop like a rock on D and vs. many teams you'll struggle to win. All leaderboards vary though so you'll need to assess if you see a lot of R2 / GK / Chaze / Thrawn / Rex , etc.well-built teams.
