Maul Speed Calculation Order
LV gives Maul speed up (25%), and also gives +40. So my question is, when the 25% apply? Before Mods? After Mods but before the +40? Or it applies after mods and the +40?

- Just made some testing, it turns out the 25% speed is after mods, but before the +40. Weird.
- Uniques apply prior to leadership, but the order of operations does not matter in this case. The 25% from speed up applies only to base speed (gear+mods). Speed up gives you the same amount of speed boost whether it is applied before or after the boost from leadership triggers.
There are very few abilities in game that are boosted multiplicatively by other abilities or buffs. R2 number crunch is one of the few.
