Maul Speed Calculation Order
LV gives Maul speed up (25%), and also gives +40. So my question is, when the 25% apply? Before Mods? After Mods but before the +40? Or it applies after mods and the +40? Thank you guys!

The Speed Up should be last, it's a buff rather than a stat modification.
