Maximising the empire

So with 17 empire characters there is the possibility for 5 empire teams, and I was wondering what is the best combination to have 3 teams? This will consider everyone at 7* at g12 and zetas with everything
  • I'd imagine

    1. Thrawn/Krennic/dt/shore/ipd
    2. Veers/stormtrooper/magmatrooper/stark/snow
    3. vader/palpatine/royal guard/tarkin/tfp

    If you want to steal Vader and Palpatine foe your Sith teams I'm not sure what you would do.
  • ok 17 chars, 3 teams. so we have to drop 2 chars.
    2 worst empires are magma and imperial super commando and Gar
    we have
    vader palpy ipd gar/magma rg tfp storm snow shore death tarkin krennic veers starck and. Thrawn.

    Thrawn is top tier Empire leader
    Palpy, Veers Krennic are next best
    Tarkin Vader lead is mediocre
    Gar lead is pve viable at best

    So
    1. Thrawn/ DK, DT, Shore, Storm. This team for defense& against CLS JTR
    2. Veers/ Starck, Snow, Gar/magma, RG. The first three have to go together. Trooper team against NS
    3. Palpatine/ IPD, Tarkin, Vader, TFP. This team is against no counterattack teams. For offense mainly.

    4. Gar/ IPD, ISC, Tarkin, TFP if you want to use two Sith in other lineup. Good against AOE teams
  • I think veers, starck, magma, snow and strom troopers could work as a trooper squad (TM gain, TM reduction, AB, def up and high damage)

    Then it leaves u trawn, Tarking, shore, death, krenik (prot/HP heal, huge tank, CD increase, TM manipulation from tarking/krenik, aoe dispell, deathmark, daze...)

    And also vader, EP, TFP, RG and... Dhaka (i dont have more developed empire guys xD) it means lot of stuns, EP with a lot of aoe TM reduction thanks to vader leader, def up and taunt from RG and dhaka reviving ppl if someone dies xD

    Im waiting for new empire/sith content this mont to decide, but those are my planed teams to develop by the moment (shore/death first priority cuz their ship), im holding gear by the moment to see whats ahead...

    I’ve always liked the imp troop, Veers(L) DK DT sHt sNt, after the JTR started running, Trawn(L) DK DT sHt CLS; thinking of swapping DK for KRU for more defense. I’ve always liked empire over rebel squads
  • i run three take it for what u will but my top 2 are troopers zeers zstarck DT shore storm and zzthrawn Zdt DK shore and zeers my rancor team is zader ztarkin (unique) palps zr2 (number crunch) ebb and flow zeta thrawn. i do get r2 is rebel but his kit works with basically everyone NC was xetad prior to all of this :)
  • But say in DSTB, and you can only run each character once, what 3 teams would be used?
  • Na FOh with that magmatrooper BS for real, i know his kit shore better in every way
  • In DSTB, I like running Thrawn, Shore, RG, Tarkin and Palps. Just keep feeding TM to tarkin until wave 4, then watch him AoE the whole other team for 80k+ each. Can still make a solid imp troopers team after that, though missing shore makes them a bit less effective.
